Terms and Conditions
By opening an account or placing a wager with Tenobet you enter a binding agreement governed by the clauses set out below. Please read them carefully, and pay particular attention to the sections dealing with bonuses and account closure.
Opening and maintaining an account
One account is permitted per person, household, IP address and payment instrument. Duplicate registrations are closed on discovery and any winnings accrued on the secondary account are forfeited, though original deposits are returned.
You warrant that you are at least eighteen years old, that you are acting on your own behalf, and that participation in online gaming is lawful where you are located. Tenobet reserves the right to request proof of address, identity and source of funds at any point in the relationship.
You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your password. Wagers placed from your account are treated as placed by you unless you notified us of a compromise before the wager was struck.
Deposits, withdrawals and dormant balances
Funds must arrive from a payment method registered in your own name. Withdrawals are returned to the original method wherever the provider allows it, which is a requirement of the anti-money-laundering conditions attached to licence ALSI-202409012-FI1.
Withdrawal requests are reviewed within seventy-two hours of submission, and longer where documentation is outstanding. We do not charge a fee for the first withdrawal in any calendar month; subsequent requests may attract a processing charge disclosed before you confirm.
An account with no login activity for twelve consecutive months is classified as dormant, and an administrative fee of £5 per month may be applied against any remaining balance. We notify you by email before the first deduction and the fee never reduces a balance below zero.
Bonuses and promotional play
Every offer carries its own wagering requirement, maximum stake while a bonus is active, game weighting table and expiry date. These specific terms sit alongside this document and take precedence over it in the event of conflict.
Placing stakes above the stated bonus maximum, or clearing wagering predominantly on games excluded from the weighting table, entitles us to void the bonus and any winnings derived from it. Your deposited funds remain yours in these circumstances.
Bonus abuse — including coordinated play between accounts, arbitrage patterns, and the use of software to automate play — results in permanent account closure. Tenobet reserves sole discretion in determining whether a pattern of play constitutes abuse.
Errors, malfunctions and availability
If a game, a payout table or a price is displayed incorrectly due to human error or technical fault, the affected transactions are void regardless of whether the error favoured you or us. Where a game round is interrupted, the outcome recorded on the game provider's server governs settlement.
The platform may be taken offline for scheduled maintenance, and access may be blocked without notice where legal or licensing conditions require it. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and accept no liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from downtime.
Our aggregate liability to you in connection with your account is limited to the value of the funds held in that account at the time the claim arises.
Complaints, closure and governing law
Complaints should first be raised with our support team, who will acknowledge within forty-eight hours and issue a substantive reply within fourteen days. If the outcome does not satisfy you, the matter may be escalated to the Anjouan Gaming Authority as our licensing regulator.
You may close your account at any time and request the return of any cleared balance. Tenobet may suspend or terminate an account where these terms are breached, where verification fails, or where we are required to do so by law; in that case cleared funds not subject to investigation are returned.
This agreement is governed by the laws applicable to the licence under which Tenobet operates. Nothing here removes any statutory right you hold as a consumer in the United Kingdom that cannot lawfully be excluded.
